What You’ll Be Doing- Develop and execute a comprehensive SEO strategy to drive organic visibility and sustainable traffic growth.
- Manage, mentor and grow a team of SEO Executives, supporting their development and output.
- Oversee technical SEO performance and ensure the site is optimised for crawlability, indexation and performance.
- Work closely with content, design and development teams to align SEO with broader digital and brand strategies.
- Use SEO tools and analytics platforms to monitor performance, identify opportunities, and report on key metrics.
- Manage relationships with SEO agencies and external partners, ensuring high-quality delivery and measurable results.
- Stay ahead of industry trends and algorithm updates, applying best practices to maintain strong search performance.
- Collaborate with wider digital teams including PPC, content and UX to ensure integrated digital campaigns.
- Proven experience in SEO within a large-scale or complex digital environment.
- Strong understanding of both technical and content-led SEO.
- Experience leading or mentoring a team of SEO professionals.
- Comfortable working with SEO tools such as Google Search Console, Ahrefs, SEMrush, Screaming Frog and similar.
- Confident in analysing performance data and translating insights into actionable strategies.
- Strong communication skills and experience working cross-functionally with content, dev and digital marketing teams.
- A proactive, data-driven approach with a passion for organic growth and digital performance.
