We’re looking for a motivated and detail-oriented Game Partnerships Associate to join our scouting team. This is a unique opportunity to work at the forefront of indie game publishing, supporting the discovery and evaluation of promising new projects.
About the Role
In this role, you’ll work closely with our scouting and publishing teams to identify games with strong market potential. You’ll be responsible for managing developer communications, reviewing game submissions, and helping to maintain our internal tracking systems. This is a great fit for someone who thrives in a fast-paced, collaborative environment and is eager to grow within the games industry.
Key Responsibilities
- Engage with independent developers via email and messaging platforms, offering timely and respectful feedback
- Evaluate early-stage game builds and concepts, with training and support from senior team members
- Maintain and organise a high volume of incoming pitches using internal tools
- Highlight standout projects for further review by the publishing team
- Coordinate meetings and follow-ups with developers and internal stakeholders
What We’re Looking For
- A genuine interest in video games and a curiosity about industry trends
- Excellent written communication skills and a professional, empathetic tone
- Strong organisational abilities and attention to detail
- Comfortable managing multiple tasks and shifting priorities
