We’re looking for a Principal Solutions Consultant to join our growing team of data and AI experts. In this pivotal Presales Architect role, you’ll be at the forefront of designing and advocating for transformative data platforms, applications, and AI solutions that solve real business challenges.

• Champion Solutions: Clearly articulate the value and technical advantages of our offerings to prospective clients.
• Consult with Confidence: Serve as the go-to technical expert during sales engagements, addressing queries and overcoming objections with clarity and confidence.
• Understand & Translate Needs: Collaborate with clients to uncover their technical requirements and business goals, translating them into tailored, high-impact solutions.
• Design with Purpose: Partner with our technical teams to craft bespoke, scalable solutions that align with both client needs and our delivery capabilities.
• Document & Deliver: Prepare compelling technical proposals, architecture diagrams, and implementation plans that clearly communicate business value.
• Collaborate Across Teams: Act as a bridge between sales, engineering, and product teams to ensure alignment and successful delivery.
• Stay Ahead: Share insights on market trends, competitive intelligence, and customer feedback to help shape our product strategy and positioning.

🧠 What You Bring

• Proven experience in Databricks solutioning, ideally in a presales or consulting role within a services-led business.
• A strong track record of presenting complex technical solutions to diverse audiences, including C-level stakeholders.
• Deep understanding of cloud platforms (Azure and/or AWS) and modern data architectures.
• Commercial acumen with the ability to link technical solutions to business outcomes.
• Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
• Relevant certifications in Databricks, Azure OR AWS are highly desirable.
