Sensata is looking for an experienced SFDC (Salesforce) Developer. This role involves designing, programming, and maintaining CRM systems, specifically Salesforce, to address critical business needs.
General Responsibilities:
- Applies system solutions to business problems through the design and programming of automated systems.
- Configures, analyzes, designs, develops, and maintains CRM program codes and applications to support business processes and functions.
- Works on technical elements of a range of small, medium and large installations.
- Performs all aspects of programming assignments and assists with systems design.
- Fully knowledgeable in CRM/Salesforce.com programming languages.
- Applies knowledge and experience with technology and application development methodologies to perform basic systems analysis techniques, testing, debugging, file design and storage.
Criteria Required:
- Experience working across various SFDC implementations covering Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, Field Service Lightning, Financial Force PSA, Community Cloud, Salesforce CPQ, Omni Channel, Chatbot, and App-exchange applications.
- Salesforce custom Lightning Components and Lightning Data Services, Classic Expertise in Apex Class Development, Visualforce Page Development, Trigger Development, Data Migration, Custom Report, and Custom Dashboard.
- SFDC Configurations/Customizations β user interface, page layouts, tabs, custom fields, custom objects, validation rules, and triggers.
- Extensive knowledge in implementing security/sharing rules, permission sets, Field Level Security, Record Level Security, profiles, roles, and resource monitoring at different hierarchical levels of an organization.
- Working knowledge in generating reports and dashboards in Salesforce.
- Data load for SFDC standard objects and custom objects using Apex Data Loader, Excel Connector, Import Wizard, SFDC Data Export, Mass Delete, etc.
- Integration: Oracle CPQ, EBS, custom applications and apps using REST OR Web service, and Oracle OCI.
- Experience on Force.com: SFDX, LWC, Aura, Apex, Visual Force, SOQL, SOSL, Apex Triggers, Workflows, Approvals, Email Templates, Formulas, Validation Rules, AppExchange, Force.com IDE, Data Loader, SOAP API, REST API, Bulk API, and Streaming API.
- Programming Languages: Apex, Groovy, C++, Java/J2EE, JavaScript, XML, AJAX, HTML, CSS.
- Solid understanding of information processing fundamentals and best practices.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Experience conducting technology, trends, standards and products research.
- Solid track record in prioritizing and executing tasks while having multiple priorities.
- Proven experience identifying, analyzing and resolving system problems.
CERTIFICATIONS:
- Salesforce certifications in Salesforce Certified Sharing and Visibility Designer, Salesforce Certified Field Service Lightning Consultant, Salesforce Certified B2C Commerce Developer, Salesforce Certified CPQ Specialist, Salesforce Certified Community Cloud Specialist, Salesforce Certified Sales Cloud, Salesforce Certified Service Cloud, Salesforce Certified Platform App Builder, Salesforce Certified Platform Developer and, Salesforce Certified Advanced Administrator, Salesforce Certified Administrator a plus.
- Experience with Oracle a plus.
