Eco Home Insulation is seeking an experienced Eco Submissions Assistant or Eco Submissions Manager to join our growing team. Please note: Previous ECO submissions experience is essential. Applications without relevant experience and references will not be considered. This role is ideal for individuals with a strong attention to detail, excellent organisational skills, and the ability to adapt to a fast-paced and evolving environment. If you have prior experience working with ECO submissions and are looking to join a supportive and progressive company, we would love to hear from you.
Experience with fulgent based portals and partner portal would be advantageous — full training will be provided for the right candidate. For the right candidate with demonstrated experience, we offer a very attractive and negotiable salary package.
Key Responsibilities:- Manage and complete ECO submissions accurately and efficiently
- Maintain compliance with all relevant industry regulations and scheme requirements
- Liaise with internal teams and external partners to ensure smooth submission processes
- Monitor submission outcomes and address any issues promptly
- Stay up to date with industry updates and adapt processes accordingly
- Support continuous improvement initiatives within the submissions team
- Proven experience in ECO submissions (mandatory)
- High attention to detail and accuracy
- Ability to manage changing priorities and work to deadlines
- Strong organisational and communication skills
- Familiarity with fulgent based and partner portals
- Ability to reliably commute to Preston, Lancashire or plan to relocate before starting
