We're building an Elite Network of Property Procurement Partners—high-energy, results-driven professionals who can help us rapidly acquire properties for Housing Association partnerships. What You'll Be Doing
- Identify 3-4 bedroom houses in Wandsworth and greater London suitable for conversion into 6 self-contained 1-bed units.
- Work closely with our acquisition and development teams to package deals.
- Drive off-market opportunities and close deals quickly.
- Earn significant rewards for every property acquired through your efforts.
We're Especially Interested in People Who:
- Have experience sourcing properties for Housing Association, HMO, or supported living schemes.
- Know how to negotiate with vendors or work with motivated sellers.
