Location: IPT - SCS (North Acton) London - 3 times per week on site.
Salary: Base salary: £36,000pa to c.£42,350pa depending on skills and experience. In addition, we offer a flexible benefits fund of 15% which is paid on top of the base salary and is fully pensionable, along with a range of competitive benefits. Please see the Benefits section on our website.

Role Responsibilities
- Support the delivery of contract management to maintain effective commercial control.
- Assist in administering obligations under the NEC3 Contract.
- Support the valuation of variations and compensation events.
- Assist in contract payments assessment.
- Support review and analysis of supply chain monthly reports.
- Contribute to contract-level performance data in monthly reports.
- Support settlement of supply chain disputes.
- Assist in estimate reviews at all stages.
- Promote and embed Equality, Diversity, and Inclusion (EDI) in all work activities.
Candidate Skills and Experience
- Experience in administering contracts for infrastructure or similar projects.
- Understanding of dispute resolution processes.
- Knowledge of commercial policies, processes, and risk management methods.
