We're seeking ambitious, technically proficient Commercial Account Directors who excel in building client relationships and thrive in a collaborative, client-focused environment. What's on offer?
- Starting Book: Pre-built portfolios of approximately £100k - £150k in income. Targets and expectations are tailored based on portfolio size, experience and existing relationships.
- Compensation: Base salary to £85k (depending on experience). Competitive commission structure and one of the best benefits packages the market offers.
- Client Profile: Work with businesses paying minimum premiums of £25k+, delivering tailored, strategic insurance solutions that make an impact.
