We have an excellent opportunity for an experienced Receptionist/Facilities Assistant to join our client, a market leading facilities management organisation on a temporary basis. Supporting their client at their flagship offices, the successful candidate will support the day-to-day operational management of the building and all visitors.
Responsibilities:
- Meeting and greeting all visitors to the site, organising inductions and site-specific requirements
- Booking and facilitating meeting rooms and hospitality requirements
- Arranging onward travel including taxi and hotel bookings
- Conducting daily site walkthroughs to check cleanliness, maintenance and compliance
- Ensuring all break out and public areas are in good order, fully stocked and prepped
- General duties as required
The successful candidate will ideally have experience within a similar role and will be able to start immediately and commit to a temporary role.
