Immigration Paralegal\” is responsible for preparing O-1/EB-1 cases. under supervision of Case Managers, Case Directors, and Attorneys. This position works with US immigration law, but may qualify as full-time qualifying work experience (QWE) for SQE purposes. Review and implement edits from Case Manager and Attorney(s). • Bachelor\’s degree Bay Immigration Law is an immigration law firm with clients across the United States and the world.
