About You
- You’ll love sport. Not just that, you’ll love all sport.
- You’ll love doing things. Going to events, travelling - you’ve got to love what you sell.
- Social media is life. You love scrolling TikTok, Instagram, Facebook - even X - and you have an eye for great content.
- In particular, TikTok content creation is something you love doing. Jumping on trends is second nature to you.
- We’d love you to have 2 years of marketing experience. However, it’s not compulsory for this to have been in sport or leisure.
- You’ll have experience managing paid digital ads, particularly via Meta/Google Ads.
- You do need energy, enthusiasm and great ideas. Creativity is the name of the game at Path Sport.
- You’ll be able to shoot content on your phone & edit it using the apps and/or Canva.
- It would be great if you’re a confident copywriter - able to script your own social captions in the relevant brand voice, and maybe even try your hand at longer form written content too.
- Resourcefulness is key for any marketing role - often you’ll need to create something out of nothing.
- You’ll need to be organised, as you’ll be controlling around 15 social media accounts (using Hootsuite).
- You probably live within commuting distance of Stansted Airport (30mins from Liverpool Street).
About The Role
- You’ll be leading & managing our Path Sport LinkedIn and Instagram.
- You’ll be the brand guardian - creating and then implementing the Path Sport Brand Bible.
- You’ll have ownership of the Path Sport website.
- This is a fully remote role. We’ll meet twice a month in Essex, and you’ll need to be able to commute to client visits where necessary.
- A huge part of being an agency is client management - you’ll support the MD in delivering to their expectations.
- You’ll be managing all our clients’ social media channels, creating content & submitting for approval in advance.
- You’ll be writing social media captions, editing photos, cutting together videos.
- You’ll be our digital advertising guru, capable of managing campaigns and optimising as we go.
- You’ll be working on client websites - don’t worry, training will be given.
- You’ll be able to flex your creative muscles during rebrand projects & idea brainstorms.
