We’re looking for people to work part-time or on weekends who can have great conversations over the phone and online. Whether you have previous sales experience or are new to the sector, we will provide the necessary training to ensure your success. This isn’t cold calling; these are conversations with current or interested parties. Your role as a Call Centre Advisor is to turn those conversations into leads for our sales team.

The ideal candidate will be focused, enjoy working toward targets, have strong communication skills, and possess a fabulous telephone manner.

Responsibilities
  • Calling prospective customers at their request or engaging with them online.
  • Listening to customer needs and guiding them through our product ranges.
  • Securing appointments for our sales team to meet customers and complete sales.
  • Meeting set targets using your product knowledge and excellent customer service skills.
Requirements
  • Excellent verbal communication skills.
  • Skills in telesales, retail, estate agency, or customer service are desirable.
  • Basic IT skills.
  • Ability to work in a team and follow directions.
  • Self-motivation.
