Zanda is proud to be partnering with a category-defining, global AI Infrastructure and B2B SaaS venture that is scaling at speed across multiple continents. With a product used by some of the world’s largest enterprise clients and a strong recurring revenue base, this is a business on the path to IPO or in securing a significant exit.
As the Chief Financial Officer, you will lead the company’s financial strategy, investment portfolio, and risk management with a focus on AI-driven growth and sustainability. You will oversee capital allocation, financial planning, investor relations, and compliance while leveraging AI-powered analytics to drive informed decision-making. Your role will ensure a balance between financial discipline and strategic investments in AI, positioning the business as a market leader. The next step in their journey is to conclude on a large funding (debit and equity), likely to be north of £200m which will help the business to advance past the £100m ARR mark before embarking on a 2-3 year journey towards an exit.
As CFO, you will be a key strategic partner to the CEO and Board, taking ownership of all financial, fundraising, and investor-facing responsibilities. This is not just a finance role, it’s a leadership position where you will be responsible for being the ambassador for the business internally and externally.
- Lead the upcoming institutional funding round (hundreds of millions), working directly with Tier 1 VC, PE, and capital markets.
- Steer IPO and exit readiness.
- Build and develop a high-calibre global finance function (FP&A, reporting, tax, legal, investor relations).
- Provide calm and clarity in a fast-paced, high-complexity environment, supporting strategic decision-making across regions and departments.
- Be a front-facing ambassador to current and future investors, representing the business with authority and trust.
- Partner with the CEO and Board on international growth strategy, commercial planning, and exit scenarios.
Prior experience as CFO in a VC- or PE-backed international scale-up, ideally within B2B SaaS and/or hardware-enabled businesses with revenues greater than £100m ARR.
Proven track record of raising institutional funding in the hundreds of millions, or leading an IPO / exit process.
Gravitas and credibility to influence senior investors, boards, and external advisors.
Strength in financial operations, governance, and compliance for complex international structures.
Commercial mindset and ability to operate at pace without losing clarity or control.
