RGM - Trade Terms Lead - support of and key input to trade terms and JBP investments across key customers, customer contract principles and guidelines that deliver against both VCP (long term) and AOP objectives. Build highly collaborative relationships with key internal stakeholders, including Sales, Marketing and Finance Leadership Teams in order to shape, develop and deploy RGM strategies. Develop pipeline of opportunities beyond Core Business AOP, supporting the 5 year Value Creation Plan by achieving/exceeding NOS/KG and GP/KG targets for the UK business. Ownership of pricing and promotional strategy recommendations for designated categories/segments, in line with overall brand price architecture. Lead optimisation of PPA by brand, by channel within designated category/segment(s), collaborate x-functionally to bring to project approval. Collaborate with local and global marketing teams on NPD pipeline for designated category/segment(s) to ensure consistent delivery against NOS/KG and GP/KG targets.

For this role as a Revenue Growth Manager, we’re looking for someone who has the following skills and experience:

  • A commercially minded, detail-driven individual with a strong analytical foundation and a deep understanding of P&L management.
  • Previous experience in RGM, finance business partnering or account management within FMCG.
  • Adept at identifying opportunities, solving complex problems, and supporting business decision-making with clarity and precision in a compelling manner.
  • Excellent cross-functional communication skills and are comfortable navigating across departments such as Sales, Finance, Marketing.
  • Able to challenge the status quo with well-structured ideas and improvements.
  • Ability to maximise the commercial delivery of our brands performance through creativity.
