REFY Beauty is a leading beauty brand established in 2020. Our passion and goal is to redefine beauty, encouraging you to be your most confident self. We have an exciting opportunity for a Beauty Consultant to join the REFY team within the beauty department of Selfridges, London.
As a Beauty Consultant, you will be the ultimate REFY ambassador, bringing a genuine passion for the beauty industry and an eye for the latest trends. In this role, you’ll play a central part in delivering exceptional customer experiences that resonate with our community and inspire individuals to be their most confident selves. This is a full-time role, fully flexible over 5 days based at our counter within Selfridges London, Oxford St.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES- Drives REFY’s business objectives, meeting and exceeding personal and team sales targets and KPIs.
- Engaging with customers to showcase REFY products and provide personalised consultations.
- Building brand awareness and maintaining relationships with existing clientele.
- Supporting retail events and activations during peak seasons.
- Gaining insight into customer service, sales, and brand representation.
- Ensuring replenishment and stock levels are maintained.
- Excellent interpersonal skills and ability to connect with diverse customers and team members.
- A passion for the beauty industry and luxury retail environments.
- Demonstrated success in achieving individual sales and KPIs.
- Up to date with social media trends, with a personal presence and understanding of how social media influences beauty retail.
