In Studio, we create ideas and bring them to life. We’re a multi-disciplined team, creating content for integrated marketing campaigns, brand experiences, and brand identity. We currently have a team of around 40; a mix of Creatives, Brand and Digital Designers, Editors, Track Producers, and Creative Project Managers, supplemented by freelancers when specialist skills are needed or workload dictates. What you'll do:
One of our Studio service offerings is Fast Track, a direct-to-designer resource, where Burson Sector / Practice colleagues can book suitable resources for their design needs using an online platform. As a Designer in our Fast Track team, you will have a keen interest in brands and design communication across multiple touchpoints. You are proactive in pushing projects and ideas forward and enjoy working closely with colleagues as part of a collaborative team. You have a broad outlook in your design approach and a willingness to develop work across multiple channels, honing your craft from print to social to experiential, covering many deliverables. You will have curiosity and be agreeable to taking feedback, whilst confident in articulating your thoughts clearly and reasonably. We want to see your passion for design and creativity, exploring the creative world around you, and asking questions—asking questions is important. Your communication must always be clear and polite, ensuring that you keep the project owner informed of progress or issues. The devil is in the detail; you’ll be expected to be thorough, articulate, and well-organized. Attention to detail is crucial, and we want you to obsess over it. You have exceptional organizational skills and can manage your projects with impeccable timing to meet all deadlines.
Experience that contributes to success:
- Ability to interpret and interrogate briefs, confidently challenging or questioning them when necessary.
- Versatile creative abilities and interests to excite and impress a wide variety of clients across diverse deliverables.
- Strong graphic design and typography skills, advanced knowledge of Adobe Creative Suite, capable of artwork and supplying final assets, with some motion experience preferred.
- Ability to produce work adhering to client guidelines, as well as developing original ideas.
- Receptive to supportive and constructive feedback.
- Ability to prioritize workload based on deadlines and work efficiently under pressure.
