This is a fantastic opportunity to join a Tier 1 ranked Legal 500 firm within their market leading motor fraud team. They are seeking to appoint an experienced Lawyer to lead a team of counter fraud handlers. You will be responsible for motivating, leading and ensuring the constant technical development of the team. You will manage a caseload of specific linked and organised operations and complex counter fraud cases. You must have prior experience of devising and implementing case strategies and leading on those strategies. The ideal candidate will have litigated counter fraud rings experience with sound knowledge of litigation, the CPR Rules and Court procedures is also expected.
