I am working with a leading Private Equity firm, investing in ambitious SMEs across the UK. My client is on a huge growth trajectory and investing heavily in marketing to help them grow their portfolio of exciting businesses.
We are looking for a proactive and driven Marketing Assistant to support across marketing initiatives and the growth of the business. This is an exciting opportunity for someone wanting to work in a dynamic, fast-paced environment, where your progression and development opportunities are endless!
The Marketing Assistant will:
- Assist in planning, creating, and executing marketing campaigns across digital and offline channels
- Manage and update the company website and LinkedIn page
- Create and schedule engaging content, including blogs, newsletters, press releases, and investor communications
- Support the production of marketing collateral such as brochures, literature, pitch decks, and investment documents
- Coordinate events, webinars, and investor networking sessions
- Monitor and report on marketing performance metrics using tools such as Google Analytics
- Liaise with external agencies, media partners, and other stakeholders as needed
- Maintain brand consistency and compliance with regulatory guidelines
Essential Skills for the Marketing Assistant:
- Degree in Marketing
- Internship/in-house experience is a plus
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Highly creative and have an eye for design
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment
