Our core business activities are teaching and learning, widening access to education, research and innovation and technology and knowledge transfer. – THE ROLE – The Student Talent Manager is a dedicated leader who specialises in fostering student and graduate success within the dynamic landscape of university graduate careers. They will be responsible for identifying, cultivating, and supporting student talent within the higher education setting, helping students discover and develop their strengths, and connect with relevant career opportunities. This role involves collaborating with academic departments, external employers, and other campus resources to create and manage experiential learning practices that emphasise inclusivity & diversity within a transformative environment for a diverse and sustainable workforce. – ABOUT YOU – – Degree (or equivalent qualification) – Experience of leading and managing experiential learning programmes in a higher education context – Experience of leading, managing and motivating staff including their professional development Please find out employee benefits on our website.
