What are we looking for in our Senior Sales Negotiator:
- Significant experience as a Negotiator or Senior Negotiator, ideally within the Gloucester property market
- Proven track record of winning new instructions and closing deals
- Confident in carrying out valuations and generating your own business
- Excellent local market knowledge and strong commercial awareness
- Outstanding communication and negotiation skills
- A proactive, target-driven attitude with a passion for delivering results
- Full UK driving licence and access to a vehicle
What will the Senior Negotiator Role entail:
We’re seeking a highly motivated, confident Negotiator with significant experience in the Gloucestershire property market. This is a key role for someone who knows the local area inside out and is ready to hit the ground running — helping us continue to deliver exceptional results for our clients.
Key Responsibilities:
- Attend property viewings and deliver clear, constructive feedback to property owners
- Negotiate offers, securing the best outcomes for our clients
- Maintain regular, transparent communication with vendors and buyers throughout the process
- Carry out market appraisals and convert valuations into instructions
- Proactively generate new business through canvassing and relationship building
- Advise and manage property owners through the listing process
- Represent the Murdock & Wasley brand with professionalism and enthusiasm, both in and out of the office
