Role Summary
We are seeking a digital and customer behaviour expert to support building a strong online brand presence and provide business recommendations based on consumer insights and analytics. The role involves understanding digital and shopper behaviours, enhancing digital experiences, and aligning them with commercial goals.
Key Responsibilities
- Serve as the voice of the shopper, ensuring digital experiences improve the shopper journey and meet commercial objectives.
- Utilize user-led and design thinking methods to identify opportunities and define KPIs such as sales and profitability.
- Project manage and foster collaboration across functions to develop and implement solutions.
- Manage proof of concepts from inception to integration, sharing learnings and successes.
- Gather stakeholder requirements for UX projects, prioritize tasks, and set clear research goals aligned with business objectives.
Additional Responsibilities
- Oversee the digital content technology roadmap, processes, budgets, and agency relationships in the UK.
- Manage the supply chain team for digital product content development and syndication across retail channels.
- Coordinate product launches, R&D changes, and redesigns to ensure accuracy, timeliness, and digital shelf optimization.
- Implement a test-and-learn content strategy, sharing insights to improve results.
- Lead the UX research roadmap, manage the team, and ensure comprehensive testing and analysis.
- Conduct and oversee research, deliver insights, and produce quarterly updates.
- Share best practices and case studies globally.
