This is a great opportunity for an individual looking to join a supportive and encouraging organisation. Our services around Bourne are seeking a Locality Manager who will make a difference in the lives of the people we support. Our Locality Manager skills and experience include:
- Experience of transformation and modernisation projects within services.
- Experience in Respite and Registered services.
- Level 5 in Health and Social Care or Management or equivalent.
- Proven supervisory or management experience in Care & Support settings.
- Experience of managing high-quality care and support services that have achieved full compliance (Good or Outstanding) with CQC.
- Experience of Safeguarding Vulnerable Adults.
- Experience of undertaking disciplinary investigations and hearing disciplinary cases.
- Budget management experience.
- Assessment of the care and support needs of people with a learning disability.
Our Locality Manager duties will include:
- Ensuring all services provide a safe, clean, and happy environment for the people we support.
- Monitoring and managing all local safeguarding issues as part of the Operations Management team and promoting best practices in the protection of vulnerable adults.
- Ensuring all contractual obligations are met.
- Managing the financial performance of your services, ensuring each service delivers within its budget.
- Managing staff performance, including disciplinary actions where necessary.
- Directly managing all Ambient Support services in London, coaching, mentoring, motivating, and supporting staff to deliver the commissioned support.
