More about this role

This role will sit at the centre of the business, leading our Advertiser and Affiliate revenue efforts. As the Global expert and leader, you will work cross-functionally to create packaged solutions and strategies to execute locally with Country Managers (and their teams) to maximise Advertiser and Affiliate monetization efficiency.

You will be responsible for:

  • Product Deployment & Go-to-Market
    • Provide thought leadership to the product development process, shaping, challenging and informing product and prioritisation approaches, based upon market insight and commercial strategies.
    • Define and execute go-to-market plans, including packaging and positioning of advertising products (for internal & external audiences) to drive usage and revenue.
    • Lead the successful rollout and adoption of FPSM advertising solutions across O&O sites and partner environments.
    • Collaborate closely with product, marketing, and commercial teams to ensure cohesive execution and measurable outcomes.
  • Commercial Strategy & Ownership
    • Jointly accountable for revenue, usage, and cost metrics alongside Sales and Territory leads, defining optimal ad mix/load for O&O and partner site inventory.
    • Create and maintain detailed business plans and forecasts to drive digital ad product growth and monetisation.
    • Develop and manage 3rd party advertising inventory monetisation strategies, including SSP/DSP integrations and Google marketplace partnerships.
    • Management oversight of Ad/Site Operations team, with experience to help them build efficient and scalable processes to effectively support business goals.
  • Stakeholder Engagement & Enablement
    • Translate stakeholder and market feedback into business requirements for Product teams, forming the basis of future development and innovation.
    • Act as an internal evangelist, providing education and product marketing support to Sales, Territories, and other key stakeholders.
    • Support the Sales and Partnerships teams throughout the lifecycle of B2B pitches – from lead qualification to deal closure and implementation.

You will be accountable for:

  • Growth in ad product usage and revenue on O&O platforms.
  • Increased monetisation efficiency across internal and partner environments.
  • Effective roll-out of new digital advertising products and features.
  • Positive stakeholder feedback and internal adoption of product marketing materials.

Your skillset:

  • Commercial acumen with the ability to build business cases, manage budgets, and influence stakeholders.
  • Outstanding communicator, capable of presenting ideas clearly and gaining buy-in across all levels.
  • Proven ability to lead Ad Sales approaches, including hands on pitching of propositions to buyers of programmatic and direct sold ad inventory (agency & direct).
  • Excellent project management skills, with the ability to juggle multiple priorities and initiatives.
  • Strategic thinker with strong analytical capabilities and a data-driven mindset.
  • Effective people manager, dedicated to developing teams and improving operational efficiencies.
