Fantastic opportunity for a Sales & Marketing Manager to join this lively events agency and support with all aspects of marketing.
The agency has a strong and loyal client base for whom they deliver conferences, incentives, meetings & events across the UK and internationally. With another successful year, they are now looking to build and grow their brand with the hire of a Sales & Marketing Manager to work closely with the MD.
The role is broad, where you will lead both the sales and marketing functions of the agency, setting and implementing the strategy for the coming year. You will manage all social media content creation, campaign management, and maintain the CRM system, as well as creating engaging email marketing campaigns to drive repeat and new business. Identifying and coordinating networking events & exhibitions to promote the agency's services and managing their relationships with hotels and suppliers are also key parts of the role. You will also lead the agency's awards entries, keep the look and feel of the brand up to date, and support with marketing collateral and pitch decks.
About you: We are looking for a marketing candidate with a good understanding of the events industry, ideally currently working in an agency, hotel, venue, supplier, or venue finding company. With a passion for the sector, you will be a confident communicator and excited to attend networking events and industry exhibitions to grow the company profile in the industry. This is a fantastic role where you will work closely with the Director to drive forward the sales and marketing function of this lovely company!
