Location: Hybrid (UK-based, with regular travel to the North West)
Salary: Highly competitive, dependent on experience/PQE + performance bonus

What you’ll be doing
- Leading and developing a high-performing, Chambers-ranked Court of Protection team
- Overseeing technical quality, compliance, and service delivery
- Monitoring and improving departmental KPIs and financial performance
- Contributing to firm-wide leadership and strategic planning
- Driving innovation in a tech-enabled legal environment
- Managing a reduced caseload alongside leadership duties
What we’re looking for
- Significant Grade A experience in Court of Protection – Property & Affairs
- Proven experience managing or mentoring people (formal HoD role not essential)
- A natural leader: confident, commercially aware, supportive, and collaborative
- Strong communication and relationship-building skills at all levels
- Ambition to shape and grow a high-performing department
