Supervise and motivate the sales team to enhance performance and meet targets. Communicate regularly with team members to provide guidance, support, and feedback. Manage the sales pipeline by tracking leads, opportunities, and customer interactions. Conduct regular training sessions to improve team skills in selling techniques and product knowledge. Maintain accurate records of sales activities and prepare reports for management. Foster strong relationships with clients through excellent phone etiquette and customer service. Organise promotional events and campaigns to enhance brand visibility and attract new customers. Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless service delivery and customer satisfaction. Essential Criteria Proven experience in sales or account management role is essential. Strong leadership skills with the ability to inspire and motivate a team. Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, with an emphasis on effective phone etiquette. Exceptional time management skills with the ability to prioritise tasks effectively. Strong organisational skills with attention to detail in administrative tasks. Ability to analyse market trends and adjust strategies accordingly. A background in supervising teams is preferred, along with experience in sales management techniques.
