Leadership isn’t just about deals. It’s about building the team that delivers them. We’re looking for a Corporate and M&A Associate Partner to join our growing national tax practice. Based from any of our UK offices, you’ll step into a key leadership role — shaping strategy, nurturing talent, and guiding clients through the most complex tax and transaction decisions.
You’ll work on advising on corporate reorganisations, shareholder exits, international structuring, and M&A transactions. Your day-to-day will balance client advisory, internal leadership, and mentoring — with space to shape how the team grows and operates.
With at least 10 years’ experience in corporate tax and significant exposure to deal-led work, you’ll be technically strong, commercially switched-on, and ready to take on a visible, influential role. CTA or ACA qualification preferred.
