Position Overview
At Thrive, IT is our core business, and ServiceNow is central to our digital platform and strategy. We utilize ITSM, ITOM, ITBM, and CSM to deliver exceptional management over a CMDB of numerous companies. We facilitate digital transformation through our customer portal and process automation from workplace to cloud. Our roadmap includes the new Now Experience, mobile and chat functionalities, AI capabilities, and ongoing efforts to digitize repetitive work using code, flows, configurations, and integrations. Every team member has the opportunity to solve complex business, IT, and human challenges leveraging ServiceNow’s extensive technical capabilities.
Qualifications
- 0-2+ years of ServiceNow experience, preferably in: ITSM, CSM, Domain Separation, ITOM, ITBM, CMDB
- 0-2 years as a ServiceNow Administrator or experience with similar tools such as ConnectWise, Autotask, etc.
- Basic understanding of form updates, UI policies, business rules, ACLs, catalog items, etc.
- Experience in coordinating tasks and managing projects.
- Ability to gather requirements from stakeholders and liaise with developers for execution.
- Strong problem-solving skills.
- ITIL experience is a plus.
- Certified ServiceNow Administrator is a plus.
- Respectful and clear communication skills are essential.
- A positive sense of self, capabilities, limitations, humor, and humility.
- Relevant education that supports your decision-making and opinions.
