ABOUT THE ROLE
As the Risk, Fraud & Payments (RFP) Manager, you will lead a dynamic and collaborative team dedicated to safeguarding our operations while enhancing the customer experience in the UK market. You\’ll oversee the RFP Leaders team, guiding them to meet departmental goals and KPIs while maintaining a customer-centric and efficient approach.
Your leadership will be instrumental in defining strategic priorities, simplifying processes, and ensuring compliance with industry regulations, all while fostering an innovative and supportive team environment.
In this role, you’ll work on impactful projects, from creating a strategic and operational roadmap in collaboration with the Operations Director to streamlining workflows for operational excellence.
You\’ll partner with stakeholders across various departments, including Data & Analytics, Compliance/AML Governance, and the Product & Tech organisation, ensuring seamless communication and alignment. YOU WILL BE RESPONSIBLE FOR:
â—ŹResponsible for the day-to-day management of RFP operations.
â—ŹManaging responsibility of the RFP Leaders team.
â—ŹFollow up on departmental goals and targets for respective TLs, ensuring KPIs are met.
â—ŹSupporting RFP TLs in ensuring that customer queries across all markets are dealt with in a timely manner and achieving pre-set SLAs.
â—ŹReview & define strategic priorities for the team, ensuring a customer-centric approach and maximising value for the business.
â—ŹClose monitoring of performance management and suggest ways to improve department efficiency.
â—ŹKeep operational effectiveness as a priority and suggest ways of simplifying processes, whilst ensuring full adherence to any compliance requirements.
â—ŹEnsure RFP TLs are aligned in terms of priorities and departmental objectives.
â—ŹTogether with the Operations Director, help define & deliver a strategic and operational roadmap for Risk, Fraud and Payments.
â—ŹMaintain an excellent working relationship and collaboration with other departments.
â—ŹGive a qualitative analysis of results obtained in close collaboration with the Data and Analytics team.
â—ŹSupporting TLs with issues and escalations from the relevant Compliance/AML Governance Officers including qualitative reporting.
â—ŹCollaborate closely with the functions within the RFP area, such as QA, Systems & Training, and the other operational areas, such as CS, SG, and AML.
OUR SUCCESSFUL CANDIDATE WILL HAVE THE FOLLOWING:
ESSENTIAL SKILLS
â—ŹAt least two years of previous leadership experience, ideally in an online gambling environment.
â—ŹA minimum of two years experience in Risk, Fraud & Payments, alongside an understanding of relevant RFP, AML & SG laws, gaming regulations, and compliance obligations.
â—ŹFlexibility in a dynamic regulatory environment and adapting to RFP processes and best practice changes.Skills in balancing RFP regulatory and risk obligations with maintaining a positive customer experience.
â—ŹEmploying logical and objective reasoning to assess RFP risks and make informed decisions.
â—ŹBeing proactive in staying updated with RFP trends, industry best practices, and emerging threats.
â—ŹExperience in data analysis, specifically the ability to analyze patterns of Fraud & deception;
â—ŹGreat time management, attention to detail, communication and organisational skills.
â—ŹFamiliarity with the UK online gambling regulatory landscape.
â—ŹExperience with SEON or other anti-fraud tools will be considered an asset.
â—ŹFamiliarity with JIRA, Tableau, and Zendesk.
