Job Description:

1. As a Senior QA/Tester at ThoughtWorks, here\’s what you\’ll do:
2. Work with different customers as part of a ThoughtWorks team to deliver bespoke software solutions
3. Collaborate with stakeholders and project teams to identify needs and gather requirements
4. Advocate and evangelize best practices like pair programming, Test Driven Development (TDD), Behaviour-Driven Development (BDD), Continuous Integration (CI), Continuous Delivery (CD)
5. Promote automation across the software delivery lifecycle
6. Drive the use of Open Source tools and share latest trends across teams
7. Coach and enable ThoughtWorks and client teams

Candidate Requirements:

1. Experience with open source test automation tools and frameworks
2. Strong knowledge of web and mobile fundamentals
3. Adaptability and willingness to take on various roles to get the job done, thriving in changing environments
