Warehouse Night Shift Manager

Overview

Join the Victorian Plumbing team as a Warehouse Night Shift Manager. Lead the night warehouse team to ensure bathroom products reach customers on time, every time.

Responsibilities

• Be the Sultan of Stock: oversee a large stock of baths, showers, and vanities, ensuring everything is accounted for.
• Channel Your Inner Tetris Master: supervise unloading and packing to ensure safe and accurate deliveries.
• Lead the Night Crew: motivate and manage the night staff to achieve excellence in picking and packing.
• Safety First: maintain a safe working environment for the night shift.
• Embrace the Nightlife: contribute as a key team member during late hours.

Ideal Candidate / Qualifications

• At least 2 years of supervisory experience in a warehouse or logistics environment.
• Ability to motivate a team to achieve tasks even in challenging conditions.
• Strong problem-solving skills with a calm, solutions-focused approach.
• Tech-savvy with experience using warehouse management systems (WMS) and related software.
• Commitment to safety and a passion for keeping everyone safe.
• Night shift suitability and ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
• Forklift license holder or willingness to obtain one (bonus).

Shift Pattern

Sunday–Wednesday Nights, 8pm–7am
