We are working with an Events and Production Specialist agency based in North Oxfordshire, working on some of the largest live sporting events in the world! They design and deliver exceptional events management and production services that are powerful and effective whilst being on brief, on budget and on time!
Right now, we’re looking for a Project Manager – Client Services who can confidently manage multiple projects simultaneously whilst ensuring our service remains at the highest of standards. This is an exciting opportunity to join a growing team in an industry where every project brings something different.
What you’ll do:
This is a proactive and fast-paced role where you will ultimately act like the glue who holds each project together across live sporting events and marketing sponsorship activations. You will be supporting the client services and event management teams in the business and acting like the voice of their clients throughout the company.
- Reporting to the Head of Client Services you will be required to liaise with clients, build event budgets, control costs, manage teams on and off event and deliver successful projects within budget.
- You will have a good understanding of events production and knowledge on what it takes to put the event together.
- You will be a confident and clear communicator whilst talking with clients, internal teams and external suppliers.
- You will be enthusiastic and a self-starter with a willingness to learn.
- This role can involve travel across the world so you must be prepared to work flexible hours as and when required.
About you:
We’re looking for individuals from an events background. This could be sporting events, exhibitions or conferences. We are looking for someone who can work well under pressure and has processed multiple projects simultaneously that involves international travel including sea freight, lead times and quick turnarounds - ensuring all projects are completed to the highest of standards.
You might be:
- A highly experienced Project Manager or Client Services Manager within the events industry.
- Someone with a minimum of 5+ years of experience in a similar role.
- A natural communicator with a can-do attitude and exceptional attention to detail, consistently producing high-quality and impactful work in a fast-paced setting.
The details:
- Full-Time position Monday - Friday
- Ideally North Oxfordshire based or surrounding counties – this is a hybrid role where you will be required to work from the office 2-3 days per week as a minimum.
- Start date: ASAP
- Salary: £45,000 - £55,000 per annum.
