Job Summary: EveryMatrix is seeking a creative and detail-oriented Sales Enablement Presentation Designer to elevate our sales communications. This role is ideal for someone who thrives at the intersection of design and strategy, with a passion for turning ideas into compelling visual narratives. You’ll play a key role in shaping how our solutions are presented to clients and prospects, ensuring our brand and message stand out in a competitive market.
What you'll get to do:
- Design high-impact sales presentations and pitch decks tailored to client needs.
- Create and maintain branded templates, graphics, and presentation guidelines.
- Translate complex product info into clear, engaging visual stories.
- Align messaging with client pain points and strategic goals.
- Collaborate with Sales, Product, and Marketing teams for content accuracy.
- Keep sales materials up to date and consistent with brand standards.
What you need to shine:
- 2+ Years of proven experience as a Presentation Designer or in a similar role, preferably in the B2B environment (work portfolio is a must).
- Proficiency in presentation design software is a must (we currently use PowerPoint).
- Proficiency in graphic design software is a plus (Adobe Photoshop, Figma).
- Strong design and layout skills and a sharp eye for detail.
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively in a team environment.
- Creative with a passion for visual storytelling and a keen understanding of commercial messaging, marketing, and competitive positioning.
- Ability to translate industry and market insights into clear, compelling sales materials.
