    • Design and implement cultural initiatives such as recognition programs, feedback channels, and team-building activities.

  2. Talent Acquisition & Retention:

    • Develop and implement recruitment strategies to attract high-quality candidates.

    • Establish effective retention strategies, including development pathways and competitive benefits.

  3. Employee Support & Wellbeing:

    • Create and manage employee support and wellness programmes.

    • Promote work-life balance and mental well-being.

  4. Learning & Development:

    • Identify learning needs and implement training initiatives.

    • Support succession planning and career progression across all levels.

    • Provide coaching to managers on leadership and people management.

  5. Performance Management:

    • Implement a robust performance management framework.

    • Guide regular performance reviews and development discussions.

  6. Compliance & Policy Management:

    • Ensure adherence to employment laws and standards in ROI and NI.

    • Maintain up-to-date HR policies, handbooks, and procedures.

  7. Data-Driven HR Management:

    • Monitor key HR metrics and analyse workforce data.

    • Deliver regular reports aligned with strategic business goals.

  8. Employee Relations & Communication:

    • Promote open communication across all levels of the business.

    • Mediate and resolve workplace conflicts constructively.

  9. Engagement & Feedback Mechanisms:

    • Conduct engagement surveys and implement related action plans.

    • Continually assess and respond to employee sentiment.

  10. Confidentiality:

    • Uphold strict confidentiality in all matters related to staff.

Requirements:

  • Third level degree in Human Resources or equivalent.

  • Proven HR management experience, ideally across multiple sites.

  • Strong understanding of employment law in both ROI and NI.

  • Excellent leadership, communication, and coaching capabilities.

  • People-focused mindset with strong problem-solving skills.

  • Well-organised with strong time management.

  • Ability to influence and build strong working relationships across departments.

This is an exciting opportunity to contribute meaningfully to a dynamic and evolving business environment. The successful candidate will bring energy, insight, and professionalism to a key leadership role with tangible impact across the organisation.
