Sr Revenue Accountant II

Blue Yonder Title: Sr Accountant II – Revenue Accounting Other Comparable titles: Sr Accountant, Sr Staff Accountant Location: US-Remote or Dallas/Scottsdale Offices What You\’ll Do: Lead a team of 3-5 direct reports, providing development and support Ensure accurate, timely, and complete revenue activity recording in compliance with US GAAP and company policies Manage month-end revenue close, including reviewing billing, revenue schedules, journal entries, reconciliations, and revenue allocations Prepare and review quarterly flux explanations for selected accounts Review and approve professional services agreements, ensuring correct contract setup Evaluate and improve current processes, providing analysis to support internal stakeholders Collaborate with revenue recognition and quote-to-cash teams to ensure policy compliance Build effective relationships with Sales, Finance, Tax, Legal, and Controllership teams Ensure compliance with internal controls and SOX requirements Support external and internal audits as needed Escalate issues and meet deadlines What We\’re Looking For: Bachelor\’s degree in Finance or Accounting; CPA preferred Public accounting or assurance experience preferred ASC 606 experience preferred Strong team management and development skills Willingness to support multiple time zones Excellent written and verbal communication skills Experience with Workday, Upland, Salesforce, and Microsoft Office Strong interpersonal, analytical, forward-thinking, and problem-solving skills ——————————————- The base salary range for this position is: $80,000.00 – $95,000.00 USD *LI-HH1 #LI-REMOTE The salary range reflects current national data; actual salary varies based on location, skills, experience, certifications, and other factors. The role may also include participation in performance bonus or commission programs.
