Job Description
As a New Business Development Manager, you’ll be at the heart of our mission to grow our customer base and deliver exceptional value to businesses across the UK. This is a fast-paced, desk-based role focused on generating new business opportunities through outbound calls, while also managing and converting warm leads provided to you.
Salary: £40,000 OTE (Including £25,000 basic) – Uncapped Commission
Location: Nelson (5 days office based)
Working Hours: Monday - Friday 9:00 AM - 5:30 PM
Your key responsibilities will include:
- Generating new business through proactive cold calling and lead follow-up
- Building strong client relationships and delivering tailored sales solutions
- Managing your own sales pipeline and working to monthly revenue and KPI targets
- Identifying key decision makers and initiating conversations with potential clients
- Maintaining accurate records and follow-ups in our CRM systems
- Receiving coaching and feedback to continuously improve performance
