We Do Group are delighted to be managing an exclusive search to hire a new Finance Business Partner to join one of the most iconic and fast-growing brands in the UK. This role would suit a commercial finance professional who really enjoys adding commercial value and finding commercial solutions. You will get the chance to be directly mentored by a very bright Head of Commercial Finance whilst working closely with an inspirational CFO.

The Role
This is on the commercial end of commercial, itβs all about business growth, analytics, new opportunities and operational support. The successful Finance Business Partner will be involved in the following:
- Business case analysis.
- Strategic analysis, challenging and interrogating the business.
- Work as a true commercial finance business partner β really interacting and adding value to the business.
- Directly support marketing, operations and sales.
- Work with key external and internal stakeholders.
- Create commercial models around new product launches and existing site performance.
- Take a lead on commercial analysis and business case reviews.
- Support with FP&A β Budgets, forecasts and planning.
- Be an innovative thinker, how can we make things better?
- Be analytically strong and have a good systems grounding.
- Act as a true culture champion.
- Work with the wider finance team to improve processes, controls and systems.
Your Profile
We are looking for a fun, humble and innovative people person who has a passion for commercial finance. If you are working in a finance role for a consumer focused business then that would help.
