Vertical Recruitment are working in partnership with a thriving MEP Building Services Consultancy based in Salford Quays. With a team of five highly experienced engineers, this multidisciplinary firm has been delivering innovative solutions across the built environment for over 25 years. Their project portfolio spans a variety of sectors including high-rise residential, commercial, and education developments. They work across both new-build and refurbishment schemes, with particular expertise in energy reduction, design and consulting.

They now have an exciting opportunity for a Graduate Electrical Engineer to join their modern Manchester office. Located close to transport links, this is a fantastic opportunity to learn from a close-knit, knowledgeable team and to begin your journey toward chartership.

The Role:

You’ll work alongside experienced engineers on a wide range of MEP design and consultancy projects. You’ll be supported in developing your technical understanding, commercial awareness, and practical experience across every stage of the project lifecycle. You’ll be working closely and mentored by the director, when you will benefit from their years of experience and contacts within the industry.

The Ideal Candidate:

  • Degree in Electrical Engineering (or related discipline)
  • Keen interest in building services and sustainable design
  • Knowledge or experience using AutoCAD
  • Ambition to work towards Chartership (IEng/CEng)
  • Passionate, proactive and eager to learn
