What You’ll Do

  • Plan and deliver multi-channel marketing campaigns (digital, ATL, BTL) to boost ticket revenue and brand awareness
  • Collaborate with sales, editorial, operations, and external partners to execute integrated campaigns
  • Manage CRM, marketing automation, email campaigns, website updates, and SEO improvements
  • Develop partnerships with celebrities, media, sponsors, and promotional partners to maximise reach
  • Analyse campaign performance to continually optimise results and report key insights
  • Support onsite event delivery in Glasgow (May/June), ensuring marketing aligns with the live experience

What We’re Looking For

  • 2+ years marketing experience, ideally within B2C or live events
  • Skilled with CMS, CRM, ESP tools, and digital content creation platforms (e.g., Canva)
  • Solid understanding of SEO, UX, analytics, and data-driven decision-making
  • Excellent communicator with strong stakeholder management skills
  • Able to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment with creativity and energy
