MacGregor Black is currently partnering with a well-established consumer goods brand to recruit an SEO Manager. This is a permanent, hybrid role based in Surrey, UK.
We are currently seeking an SEO Manager to lead the brand’s organic search strategy across multiple websites, product ranges, and international markets, ensuring strong visibility, traffic growth, and technical performance. The SEO Manager will play a vital role in implementing SEO best practices, delivering measurable growth across both content and technical SEO, while collaborating cross-functionally to embed organic strategy into broader digital initiatives.
Key Responsibilities:- Develop and execute SEO strategy across multiple brands and territories.
- Conduct site audits, implement technical improvements, and monitor crawlability.
- Lead keyword research and on-page optimisation for product, category, and editorial content.
- Support localisation and translation strategies for multi-language rollouts.
- Collaborate with content creators, web developers, and performance teams.
- Track rankings, organic traffic, and conversions to report on impact and ROI.
- 4+ years’ experience in SEO with international and multi-brand exposure.
- Strong grasp of both technical SEO and content optimisation principles.
- Skilled in SEO tools (SEMrush, Screaming Frog, Ahrefs) and GA4.
- Experience with CMS platforms like Shopify or WordPress.
- Comfortable with HTML, schema markup, and SEO tagging best practices.
- Fluency in English required; additional European languages a plus.
