Job Description & Summary: We are seeking an experienced Project Manager to be part of our Consulting practice. The role offers a chance to contribute to and support a variety of client engagements, helping drive project team success within the project management and change and innovation space. We are particularly interested in candidates with experience in Public Sector, Financial Services, Technology, Life Sciences or Healthcare industries as we continue to drive impactful change across these key sectors.

Join a Dynamic Team Driving Change: Our Project Management practice is part of our wider Consulting and Advisory services, made up of both industry leads and subject matter experts, driving change and innovation across this ever-growing department. Our consultants possess transferable skills and collaborate across various teams within the Consulting, Advisory department, applying expertise in project management, stakeholder management, communication and process improvement to drive impactful results. As a Senior Consultant/ Assistant Manager, you will have the opportunity to work alongside industry-leading clients across diverse sectors on areas such as leadership development, strategic workforce planning and performance management.

Roles & Responsibilities:

  • Collaborate within a multi-disciplinary team to successfully deliver and manage projects across a range of key areas.
  • Managing the delivery of complex projects for key clients across various industries, ensuring high-quality outputs and successfully meeting tight deadlines.
  • Defining and driving projects across all stages of the project life cycle.
  • Preparing comprehensive project documentation including Project Plans, Reports, RAID Logs, Status Updates etc.
  • Collaborate in cross-functional teams spanning multiple business units and functions.
  • Supporting Senior Management in overseeing and executing project delivery.
  • Acting as a key liaison between multi-faceted project teams to ensure seamless communication and alignment across all stakeholders.
  • Facilitating workshops to define project scopes and business requirements, ensuring outcomes are documented and shared with relevant stakeholders.
  • Engaging stakeholders across various disciplines to drive project momentum and success.
  • Supporting and driving Business Development initiatives including the preparation of proposals and tenders for new client opportunities.

Skills and Experience:

  • A third level degree, with a strong academic record.
  • Project Management certification, with a demonstrated ability to apply best practices, tools and methodologies (e.g., PRINCE2, Agile, or tailored approaches) to deliver measurable project outcomes.
  • Minimum of 2 – 3 years of relevant experience depending on the level being applied for.
  • Project / Programme Management experience delivering high-quality projects with prior experience in a Consulting firm or a professional services environment highly desirable.
  • Proven track record of successfully delivering end-to-end projects across all stages of the project life cycle.
  • Strong analytical and interpersonal skills with a commitment to professional and client service excellence and developing effective working relationships.
  • Strong multi-tasking abilities and the ability to meet deadlines in a dynamic environment.
  • Experience in leading Business Development initiatives including crafting and responding to client proposals would be favourable.
  • Exceptional written and verbal communication skills with the ability to engage with stakeholders at all levels.
  • Acute attention to detail.
  • The ability to balance big-picture thinking with acute attention to detail; a natural curiosity to explore new business opportunities.
