We are working with a well-developed company who have a focused manufacturing capability based on CNC technology. In addition to traditional standalone machining centres, they have 6 sliding head CNC lathes that allow complete production of finished components from raw bar material. We are recruiting for an experienced Sliding Head Operator to join this business.
Sliding Head Operator key skills required:
- Must have over 2 years hands on working experience as a Sliding Head Operator
- Must have experience of setting and operating Sliding Head Machine
- We require experience with Star Machine
- Any experience of programming would be advantageous
The successful Sliding Head Operator will be rewarded with an excellent hourly rate, free onsite parking, and benefits to be confirmed.
Working hours: 39 Hours per week (Mornings/Afternoon shift rotation)
Shift 1: 06.30 - 15:00 Mon - Thur, 06.30 - 14:00 Fri
Shift 2: 14.30pm - 23:00 Mon - Thur, 13:00 - 20:30 Fri
