The HR Path Group, a global player in HR consulting, assists its customers in their HR transformation projects, both on the human and tools aspects (HRIS). We intervene in Europe, America and Asia-Pacific, for our large accounts and SME customers, in order to offer them a global support in the development of their HR strategy.
YOUR MISSIONS
- Lead the marketing strategy and execution for the EMEA region (excluding France), ensuring alignment with the company's overall goals and objectives.
- Manage and support a team consisting of 3 Marketing Officers: one based in London, one based in Paris for the German market, and one based in Madrid.
- Oversee SEO activities to ensure the company’s digital presence is optimized for visibility and performance across all markets.
- Collaborate with the Paris-based team, attending monthly Marketing Committee meetings to discuss strategy and performance.
- Represent the company at client events, trade shows, and relevant industry conferences across the EMEA region.
- Analyze and report on the performance of marketing campaigns, providing actionable insights and recommendations for improvement.
- Ensure consistent and effective messaging across all marketing channels for the EMEA region.
YOUR PROFILE
- A minimum of 3 years of experience in marketing, ideally within the HRIS / HR consulting industry.
- Strong understanding of SEO, digital marketing, and inbound marketing strategies.
- Proven leadership skills with experience in managing small teams and overseeing cross-regional projects.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to represent the company at high-level events.
- Strong analytical and project management skills, with a proactive and results-driven approach.
- You are a native English speaker; knowledge of French and/or Dutch is appreciated.
- Willingness to travel to Paris once a month for meetings and strategy discussions.
