This multi-billion market leader is offering a salary up to £65,000 dependent on experience, as well as a 20% bonus which has been paid in full or exceeded in consecutive years. This is a hybrid role which offers excellent flexibility and multiple office locations across London, Surrey or Berkshire.
Role Responsibilities:- Lead full lifecycle sourcing projects across Indirect Procurement, managing tender processes and negotiating with senior stakeholders and suppliers.
- Build and nurture relationships with internal leaders and external partners to deliver commercial value and drive service excellence.
- Coach and develop one direct report (self-sufficient Buyer), supporting their growth and team success.
- Apply sharp commercial acumen and data-driven insights to navigate market complexities, manage risks, and continuously refine sourcing strategies.
- Collaborate across a matrixed, fast-moving organisation, influencing decision-makers and aligning sourcing with wider business objectives.
- Drive sustainability, cost efficiency, and risk mitigation initiatives within procurement priorities.
- A procurement professional with 3 years+ experience, ideally with a background in indirect procurement.
- Competitive, confident, and personable. Someone who can combine strong analytical capability with excellent negotiation skills and hold their own in challenging conversations with senior internal and external stakeholders.
- Proven ability to manage complex projects independently while maintaining a high level of organisation and stakeholder engagement.
- Experience working in a service-led or fast-paced environment is desirable.
