The Role
- Location: 90% Remote (West Midlands-based head office for occasional collaboration)
- Salary: £65,000 per annum
- Sector: Social Housing / Not-for-Profit
- Function Split: 30% hands-on Business Analysis | 70% People & Function Leadership

What You’ll Bring
- Proven experience as a Lead or Senior Business Analyst, ideally within large, complex environments.
- A passion for people leadership, coaching, and developing others.
- Demonstrable success in setting up or restructuring a Business Analysis function.
- Comfortable operating across the strategic and operational, influencing at all levels.
- Ideally some exposure to the social housing, non-profit, or public sector – though not essential.
