As a specialist recruitment partner within the housing sectors, I’m excited to be working alongside a respected social housing provider currently embarking on a transformation journey and they’re looking for a Lead Business Analyst to guide the way.

The Role

  • Location: 90% Remote (West Midlands-based head office for occasional collaboration)
  • Salary: £65,000 per annum
  • Sector: Social Housing / Not-for-Profit
  • Function Split: 30% hands-on Business Analysis | 70% People & Function Leadership

  • Collaborate closely with senior stakeholders to shape strategic priorities.
  • Ensure BA practices truly support customer-focused service design and delivery.

What You’ll Bring

  • Proven experience as a Lead or Senior Business Analyst, ideally within large, complex environments.
  • A passion for people leadership, coaching, and developing others.
  • Demonstrable success in setting up or restructuring a Business Analysis function.
  • Comfortable operating across the strategic and operational, influencing at all levels.
  • Ideally some exposure to the social housing, non-profit, or public sector – though not essential.
