In this newly created role, you\’ll be central to our software operations—tracking licenses, driving smarter usage, and unlocking value from the tools we rely on daily. What You\’ll Be Doing: Maintaining our central software register—licensing, subscriptions, renewals, and usage across the Group. Reviewing software use across departments to identify underused tools, duplicate systems, and cost-saving opportunities. Supporting better adoption of existing tools by working closely with IT, finance, and operational teams. Ensuring compliance with licensing agreements and audit readiness. Producing clear, actionable reports to inform procurement and usage decisions. Supporting improvements in asset tracking and responsible AI tool adoption. What You\’ll Bring: Experience in IT, procurement, compliance, or operational support. Strong organisational skills, attention to detail, and comfort working with data. An understanding of software licensing models like SaaS or Microsoft 365. A proactive mindset—asking questions, spotting inefficiencies, and suggesting improvements. Excellent communication skills and confidence working across teams. Hands-on experience with tools like Freshservice or Lansweeper, and familiarity with vendor agreements or involvement in software audits, is a plus. Why Join Us?
