This is a really exciting opportunity for someone to come in and hit the ground running. You’ll be focusing on headhunting senior to manager level individuals across the FinTech space, specialising in the Software Engineering space into Hedge Funds and PE Portfolios. With offices in the UK, US, and Asia, the business has a huge name across the globe, meaning a lot of business comes inbound, making it an easy chance to see success early in your career.

The average fees have hit a whopping £46k, which means you could see up to 45% of this every time you make a placement!

Role:

  • Identifying new business leads, cold-calling, and winning new clients
  • Learning exactly who they’re hiring for in the near and far future
  • Sourcing top talent through headhunting, networking, and advertising
  • Interviewing potential candidates and pitching your clients to convince them to interview with them
  • Managing the interview process from start to finish, ensuring both parties are prepared for who they’re meeting
  • Consulting and advising your network on market trends and conditions
  • Negotiating terms of business with clients, and contracts on behalf of your candidates

Ideal Candidate:

  • 6+ months experience working in a commercial or client-facing role (internship, full-time, industrial year etc.)
  • Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
  • Confidence speaking with a range of high-level individuals
  • Driven and motivated to build a long-term, successful career
