We have an exciting opportunity for an experienced Account Director to lead their growing London team at their shiny new offices in Barbican.
The Role
As an Account Director from a B2B PR background, you’ll oversee 6-8 accounts for some of London\’s best brand design agencies. Reporting directly to the Managing Partner, you’ll lead a team of two PR Account Executives and an Editorial Consultant.
Your main responsibilities include:
- Leading campaigns, from client onboarding to six-month reviews, ensuring strategic delivery
- Serving as the day-to-day client contact, shaping media stories and offering senior PR counsel
- Recruiting, coaching, and managing your team to deliver results
- Overseeing budgets to maintain profitability
- Contributing to agency management and enhancing the company culture
- Involvement in media pitching, writing, and collaborating with a small, experienced team to drive results
The person
We are looking for someone who is passionate about design, excited by the clients’ work, and with proven experience in B2B PR, ideally within a related field. You should have a track record of independently running multiple campaigns and managing teams. Key qualities include:
- Ability to juggle multiple projects efficiently
- Strong storytelling, writing, and idea development skills
- Proactive mindset, bringing ideas and making them happen
