You’ll join a research team based in London, UK, working across titles from several second party studios. You’ll be the first member of the team in our LA research lab, running end-to-end research and managing relationships for a handful of titles. - Establish our LA operations, ensuring everything is in place to run research at pace.
- Build relationships across the organisation to drive relevant and impactful research.
- Work with studios and external producers to establish their titles’ research strategy.
- Deliver research end-to-end, from goal setting to report delivery using appropriate methods on PC and mobile titles.
- Engage with the rest of the Checkpoint user research team to maintain a common culture and ways of working.

- Several years of hands-on experience delivering user research projects in the entertainment field, preferably in video games (PC & mobile), ideally in person in LA.

- A keen gamer, up to date with a variety of genres and business models.
- Good communicator, able to express complex ideas effectively, both verbally and in writing.
- Passionate about games user research and helping teams build the best possible experience for their audience.
