Your Tasks
- Work approximately 5 days per week, with 2-3 days in the Farnborough office.
- Manage sales client relationships and provide consulting services within a dynamic team.
- Self-starter, capable of independently managing projects.
- Provide end-to-end project management with solid CRM experience, organizational skills, and the ability to set and drive requirements across multiple functions, including user training.
- Implement and manage Salesforce solutions, including reporting, dashboards, insights, and change management.
- Support process implementation and efficiency with a customer-centric approach.
- Manage JIRA tasks, communication, and administration.
- Lead and support User Acceptance Testing, focusing on feature testing and refinement.
- Demonstrate strong interpersonal skills, stakeholder management, and the ability to work with multiple stakeholders to prioritize and escalate issues as needed.
- Support retailer activities both virtually and in person.
- Handle general team administration, such as chairing meetings and following up on actions.
- Coordinate with local and central market contacts on CRM topics.
Your Profile
- Minimum of 5 years' experience in CRM and project management.
- Good working knowledge of Salesforce Sales Cloud, including understanding of technical aspects beyond regular use.
- Experience with data analysis, interrogation, and report creation within Sales Cloud.
Education
- Valid driving license required.
